AMAZING nail design by Long. Wonderful pedicures and foot massages by his team. His mom does great brows. If you are planning on having Long be creative and dress your nails; be prepared to be awhile. His designs can be intricate and sparkly with Swarovski crystals. Remember the price of creativing and Swarovski does not come cheap; it's worth the wait and your nails will be talked about.

My nails were done by Jerry, and she was absolutely amazing, efficient, and super sweet as well 🙂 Loved the experience and the nails turned out beautifully - I got the acrylic design nails and also the French pedicure! Highly recommend going here, but book in advance because they are super busy (with good reason)!! Also pretty flexible moving the appointment by half an hour or an hour and are so understanding! Love coming to Queen nails. This has to be the best nail salon in the city. Love the customer service and how efficient they are. I go to Long consistently and he always takes what I give him but makes it better, my dream nails. My nails last really long, I wouldnt want to go anywhere else. I highly recommend to anyone In the city. You’ll always be taken care of.

I got a pedicure and shellac manicure and love the service! They did a thorough job at cleaning my cuticles. And I showed them a photo of what I wanted but asked them to do the lines higher up more like a french and they followed through. So far this is my favourite nail salon in the area 🔥

No offence to the other reviewer's, but my Mom and I have been going there for over three years and never had any issues with paying a bit higher price for our nails as they last long. We're not rich by any means but in my opinion, you get what you pay for. You pay a bit higher price you get much higher quality, you pay a lower price and your nails fall off in two days. I've never had a nail set last less than six weeks with Queen Nails. Their customer service is great and they treat you like family. Even the techs that aren't doing your nails will come up and give you a hug. I had a bit of a low blood pressure episode and three nail techs came up to make sure I was OK, they gave me candy, water, pop, and standing there cooling me down. These people care about you and are wonderful. I recently had to switch nail techs as my original nail tech had opened up his own salon and honestly, my new nail tech Andree is just as amazing. Long has been doing my mom's nails since the very beginning. The thing I like about queen nails, is they all do an amazing job no matter who you go to. I have attached a few photos of just a couple of the sets that I've got at Queen nails not one of these sets lasted any less than six weeks. And with the length and shapes that I got, that is very hard to find. Absolutely love you guys at queen nails and Mom and I will see you soon ❤️

I recently started going to this salon. Long is so considerate and a sweet person. He done amazing job on my nails. The salon is very welcoming and have kind staff members. Without a doubt i can say Long is the best nail artist in Toronto. I get so many compliments for my nails and I am in love with his nail work.

Came here yesterday after having gotten my nails done at another salon and not liking them. When I originally called they said they were very busy but called me a few minutes later and let me know they could fit me in, which I appreciated a lot. The boy at the front desk removed my acrylic nails and Kim then came to do my new set. She was so incredibly sweet, detailed with her work and did the design exactly as I wanted it. Ive had problems before where fake nails look chunky and let her know that I was hoping for a thin look. She did amazing and I’m so happy to have found a salon that I trust.
