This is the first nail spa that I love. I have been to others and was left disappointed and dissatisfied. I had visited 3 times already and I had left satisfied with the results every time . The first time Andre did my nails and I could automatically see that he knows what he is doing. He did such a wonderful job. The other 2 times, I had Kim doing my nails since my sister recommended her. Kim did an amazing job as well. My experience here has been great 😊 I did bio gel and it last for more than a month. I was literally shocked because it normally don’t last long when I’m doing it at other places. I recommend that you should try this place. The quality of the product is great, the workers are friendly and most importantly, these people know what they are doing. *Andre did the one with the butterfly and Kim did the other two 😆

No offence to the other reviewer's, but my Mom and I have been going there for over three years and never had any issues with paying a bit higher price for our nails as they last long. We're not rich by any means but in my opinion, you get what you pay for. You pay a bit higher price you get much higher quality, you pay a lower price and your nails fall off in two days. I've never had a nail set last less than six weeks with Queen Nails. Their customer service is great and they treat you like family. Even the techs that aren't doing your nails will come up and give you a hug. I had a bit of a low blood pressure episode and three nail techs came up to make sure I was OK, they gave me candy, water, pop, and standing there cooling me down. These people care about you and are wonderful. I recently had to switch nail techs as my original nail tech had opened up his own salon and honestly, my new nail tech Andree is just as amazing. Long has been doing my mom's nails since the very beginning. The thing I like about queen nails, is they all do an amazing job no matter who you go to. I have attached a few photos of just a couple of the sets that I've got at Queen nails not one of these sets lasted any less than six weeks. And with the length and shapes that I got, that is very hard to find. Absolutely love you guys at queen nails and Mom and I will see you soon ❤️

i was really nervous because this was my first time and the other reviews scared me a little but they were so nice?? i came 15mins early for my appointment, and i booked it at a time that they wouldn’t be too busy so i was seated immediately. The girl that did my nails made sure they were all even and the right shape, she was super sweet! the design was exactly like the picture i showed her. i’m surprised about the complaints in the reviews. if you’re in a rush then don’t get your nails done, it’s that simple, it’s a small salon. if you do a walk in you can expect to be seated immediately, especially on a busy day. they take a lot of time to make sure their clients nails are exactly the way they want it so of course it’ll take some time, they genuinely care about how your nails look. they are extremely nice i would definitely come back

Long did my nails and he did such a great job. Extremely friendly staff members and no doubt he is such a professional individual he painted my nails exactly like the picture I showed on top of it he gave me some suggestions for little nail accessories and they turned out to be fabulous. Definitely going to recommend Queens nails to my friends

Love coming to Queen Nails - Kim is absolutely amazing, and I always leave happy. She pays attention to detail, and my shape is always perfect. She takes her time and is very meticulous. I can't go anywhere else for my nails, hands down, Kim is the best!!!!

I got a pedicure and shellac manicure and love the service! They did a thorough job at cleaning my cuticles. And I showed them a photo of what I wanted but asked them to do the lines higher up more like a french and they followed through. So far this is my favourite nail salon in the area 🔥

Kim and Long did an amazing job on mine and my friends nails for my wedding. They pay very close attention to details and did not disappoint! I will definitely return again and again!!! (:
