Love coming to Queen nails. This has to be the best nail salon in the city. Love the customer service and how efficient they are. I go to Long consistently and he always takes what I give him but makes it better, my dream nails. My nails last really long, I wouldnt want to go anywhere else. I highly recommend to anyone In the city. You’ll always be taken care of.

I called the head and booked an appointment on line. A friend had recommended them. I was greeted right away. They made me feel like a princess. The nails came out better than I had asked for. Came here after being a loyal customer to another salon for 10years and i had anxiety about trying something new. Long is absolutely amazing, and captured my style, shape and length perfectly. I will definetely become a new regular client, would definetely recommend!

i was really nervous because this was my first time and the other reviews scared me a little but they were so nice?? i came 15mins early for my appointment, and i booked it at a time that they wouldn’t be too busy so i was seated immediately. The girl that did my nails made sure they were all even and the right shape, she was super sweet! the design was exactly like the picture i showed her. i’m surprised about the complaints in the reviews. if you’re in a rush then don’t get your nails done, it’s that simple, it’s a small salon. if you do a walk in you can expect to be seated immediately, especially on a busy day. they take a lot of time to make sure their clients nails are exactly the way they want it so of course it’ll take some time, they genuinely care about how your nails look. they are extremely nice i would definitely come back

I had my nails done by Long and he did a fantastic job. I've never had anyone take such care and attention when doing my nails before. They turned out beautifully. Highly recommended and I will be back!

The place is always busy whenever I go so book ahead. I get the pedicure spa, which is lovely and includes hot stone rub, a massage of your foot and calves, and much more. Their nail color selection is a bit limited, but I'm always happy with sparkles mix. Their prices are excellent and the staff are very nice. I'm happy I discovered this little gem of a place and will absolutely recommend it
