I've been here twice and they always manage to squeeze me in. They make me feel right at home. Amazing quality on my nails, I can't believe how long my manicure lasted especially considering I have a very hands on job that is harsh on my hands. I'm always greeted by friendly staff and they make sure I'm comfortable throughout my entire visit. I am so glad I found this place so close to me.. thanks ladies! 👌💅

Came here after being a loyal customer to another salon for 10years and i had anxiety about trying something new. Long is absolutely amazing, and captured my style, shape and length perfectly. I will definetely become a new regular client, would definetely recommend!

My nails were done by Jerry, and she was absolutely amazing, efficient, and super sweet as well 🙂 Loved the experience and the nails turned out beautifully - I got the acrylic design nails and also the French pedicure! Highly recommend going here, but book in advance because they are super busy (with good reason)!! Also pretty flexible moving the appointment by half an hour or an hour and are so understanding! Love love loved it and will definitely go again soon! Thank you Jerry 🏼 🏼

I called the head and booked an appointment on line. A friend had recommended them. I was greeted right away. They made me feel like a princess. The nails came out better than I had asked for. Queen Nails delivers Fantastic Service !! I had a really bad experience at another salon and Long and Tracy completely fixed my nails and they were both so patience with me when I was trying to find the right colours for my mani and pedi, they are the definition of what giving great customer service is. Long even recommended fairy dust to put on my mani which turned out amazing. And Tracy made it a point to check in with me to let me know how much everything was going to cost which I really appreciate. Keep doing a great job !!❤️

i was really nervous because this was my first time and the other reviews scared me a little but they were so nice?? i came 15mins early for my appointment, and i booked it at a time that they wouldn’t be too busy so i was seated immediately. The girl that did my nails made sure they were all even and the right shape, she was super sweet! the design was exactly like the picture i showed her. i’m surprised about the complaints in the reviews. if you’re in a rush then don’t get your nails done, it’s that simple, it’s a small salon. if you do a walk in you can expect to be seated immediately, especially on a busy day. they take a lot of time to make sure their clients nails are exactly the way they want it so of course it’ll take some time, they genuinely care about how your nails look. they are extremely nice i would definitely come back
