No offence to the other reviewer's, but my Mom and I have been going there for over three years and never had any issues with paying a bit higher price for our nails as they last long. We're not rich by any means but in my opinion, you get what you pay for. You pay a bit higher price you get much higher quality, you pay a lower price and your nails fall off in two days. I've never had a nail set last less than six weeks with Queen Nails. Their customer service is great and they treat you like family. Even the techs that aren't doing your nails will come up and give you a hug. I had a bit of a low blood pressure episode and three nail techs came up to make sure I was OK, they gave me candy, water, pop, and standing there cooling me down. These people care about you and are wonderful. I recently had to switch nail techs as my original nail tech had opened up his own salon and honestly, my new nail tech Andree is just as amazing. Long has been doing my mom's nails since the very beginning. The thing I like about queen nails, is they all do an amazing job no matter who you go to. I have attached a few photos of just a couple of the sets that I've got at Queen nails not one of these sets lasted any less than six weeks. And with the length and shapes that I got, that is very hard to find. Absolutely love you guys at queen nails and Mom and I will see you soon ❤️

The BEST nail salon! I always go to see Long and he always does such an amazing job on my nails. Always PERFECT. I've been to many, many nail salons and I am an extremely picky person but I've honestly never had any issues. I've seen some people complain about prices which I think is a joke. Girls who actually do their nails and appreciate the importance of the shape will not complain. My nails will last a month without lifting, cracking, breaking, fading, NOTHING. They're still perfect just outgrown. I cannot express my love for this salon more! I haven't gone in a very long time due to my job but they know I love them more than any other. No one can talk down on them and if you are looking for a new salon, this is the one you need in your life!

Went here to get my birthday nails done by Alex after finding his page on Instagram. I have never had a more perfect set of acrylics. He was incredibly thorough. I have always had an issue with a crooked nail for my right hand middle finger nail but with the technique Alex used to align the fake tips he somehow miraculously kept them all straight!! I am so so impressed and cannot recommend anyone more than him. Also a very accessible location and overall clean spa!

Long did my nails just how I like them! Kept asking if I liked them and he was super sweet! Love the service he provided

I haven't had my nails done in the longest time! I used to do it on my own but this place changed my perspective. I don't think I want to go back doing my own nails again haha! Sam is the best and he did my nails efficiently and the lady who did my toes (forgot her name) did really well too! It was also reasonably priced! Would come back again even though it's quite a trip away from me.

Long is the nail god! He’s consistently producing perfect work! The shaping is out of this world he does it all! Vi does the best pedicures! I recommend queen nails to all my friends and family! Even if you can’t get in with long (he’s always booked up) the rest of the staff are trained with the amazing shaping as well! My nails always last at least 5 weeks! A must visit!

Queen Nails delivers Fantastic Service !! I had a really bad experience at another salon and Long and Tracy completely fixed my nails and they were both so patience with me when I was trying to find the right colours for my mani and pedi, they are the definition of what giving great customer service is. Long even recommended fairy dust to put on my mani which turned out amazing. And Tracy made it a point to check in with me to let me know how much everything was going to cost which I really appreciate. Keep doing a great job !!❤️

Amazing service and hospitality!!! Nail Tech Long and Kim’s Attention to detail is immaculate. Best in Toronto for sure
