No offence to the other reviewer's, but my Mom and I have been going there for over three years and never had any issues with paying a bit higher price for our nails as they last long. We're not rich by any means but in my opinion, you get what you pay for. You pay a bit higher price you get much higher quality, you pay a lower price and your nails fall off in two days. I've never had a nail set last less than six weeks with Queen Nails. Their customer service is great and they treat you like family. Even the techs that aren't doing your nails will come up and give you a hug. I had a bit of a low blood pressure episode and three nail techs came up to make sure I was OK, they gave me candy, water, pop, and standing there cooling me down. These people care about you and are wonderful. I recently had to switch nail techs as my original nail tech had opened up his own salon and honestly, my new nail tech Andree is just as amazing. Long has been doing my mom's nails since the very beginning. The thing I like about queen nails, is they all do an amazing job no matter who you go to. I have attached a few photos of just a couple of the sets that I've got at Queen nails not one of these sets lasted any less than six weeks. And with the length and shapes that I got, that is very hard to find. Absolutely love you guys at queen nails and Mom and I will see you soon ❤️

Came here after being a loyal customer to another salon for 10years and i had anxiety about trying something new. Long is absolutely amazing, and captured my style, shape and length perfectly. I will definetely become a new regular client, would definetely recommend!

I got a pedicure and shellac manicure and love the service! They did a thorough job at cleaning my cuticles. And I showed them a photo of what I wanted but asked them to do the lines higher up more like a french and they followed through. So far this is my favourite nail salon in the area 🔥

I came in for full set acrylic hands and pedicure with Alex. He is AMAZING ! Wow the attention and quality work is perfection! 1000% recommend to come here 🙂

The BEST nail salon! I always go to see Long and he always does such an amazing job on my nails. Always PERFECT. I've been to many, many nail salons and I am an extremely picky person but I've honestly never had any issues. I've seen some people complain about prices which I think is a joke. Girls who actually do their nails and appreciate the importance of the shape will not complain. My nails will last a month without lifting, cracking, breaking, fading, NOTHING. They're still perfect just outgrown. I cannot express my love for this salon more! I haven't gone in a very long time due to my job but they know I love them more than any other. No one can talk down on them and if you are looking for a new salon, this is the one you need in your life!

Came here yesterday after having gotten my nails done at another salon and not liking them. When I originally called they said they were very busy but called me a few minutes later and let me know they could fit me in, which I appreciated a lot. The boy at the front desk removed my acrylic nails and Kim then came to do my new set. She was so incredibly sweet, detailed with her work and did the design exactly as I wanted it. Ive had problems before where fake nails look chunky and let her know that I was hoping for a thin look. She did amazing and I’m so happy to have found a salon that I trust.
